As a certified Coach, she works with the senior management and Board of Directors to bring about transformational and cultural change through programs on Transformational Coaching for Leaders and Coaching to improve performance. Her clients include Indian conglomerates, strategy consulting firms, MNC’s, telecom majors, and PSU’s. She has also mentored many senior professionals based out of 8 countries. Shruti has also been part of the IC committee at various organisations Shruti is a TEDX speaker and facilitator of behaviour-based learning programmes. Her coaching and inclusion framework - EMBRACE® which stands on the pillars of uniqueness, belonginess and psychological safety enables individuals and organisations to move to the next level of clarity and acceptance. This model has been published by Springer Nature in their book on Diversity, Inclusion. Shruti runs “Find Your Voice Campaign” which focuses on creating awareness about Emotional Abuse and Mental Well-Being. She also teaches HR & OB at various B schools.
