Deepshikha was involved in sales and client management. She gained experience in multicultural, cross-functional and delivery, sales and account expansion. She gained a deep understanding of customer buying motives and also took on the job of a generalist and came out with an unmatched understanding of the Indian manufacturing, distribution and retail world. At the end of her career, she gained understanding of the nuances of revenue generation, complete account management and marketing for account expansion.

Having spent 5 years in EY, Deepshikha learnt to respect and conquer competition. Being amidst some of the most intelligent and dynamic brains, having the ability to develop your own niche and having the depth of knowledge in your own practice was the key. Deepshikha gained international experience, end-to-end project delivery and managing large teams; it was the perfect precursor to her entrepreneurial start.
Jan 2017 - Dec 2018: Visiting Professor, Fortune Institute of International Business (New Delhi)
Deepshikha taught 2 full courses amounting to 16 credits as the Programme Leader for Organisational Management and International Business. She designed and developed high quality curriculum and course materials within the larger academic framework at this esteemed institution.
