Sweta Agarwal - IAS Officer In Conversation with Tom Mills, Managing Director of TOS (Two Oceans Strategy) Sweta is a young and dynamic IAS officer (2016 batch, West Bengal cadre). She left a plum corporate job and appeared for the Civil Services exam. The first time she made it to the Indian Revenue Service, on her second attempt she got IPS, and on the third try she got her coveted Indian Administrative Service job. Sweta is currently posted as Additional District Magistrate, Purba Medinapur in West Bengal.
