Aparajita Amar is the founder of SHLC-Sexual Harassment Law Compliance Advisory, she is a Certified Sexual Harassment and Workplace Diversity Advisor and an Advocate. She is the recipient of the “Exceptional Women of Excellence” award by the Women Economic Forum in 2019.

SHLC provides documentation, consultation and advisory services to organizations, assisting them in complying with the Sexual Harassment Laws. They work on drafting anti-sexual harassment policies, sensitization and awareness sessions and ICC capacity building, enabling workplaces to be inclusive, diverse and gender neutral.

Aparajita has designed and conducted training, sensitization and awareness workshops for employees, supervisors and senior management. She is an external member for several organizations. She has also designed and conducted capacity building and strengthening programmes for Internal Complaints Committee Members.
