Arindam is currently leading the consumer-facing product and growth efforts at Flipkart, India\'s leading e-commerce destination. He has been the driving force behind several new initiatives like building for the Next 100M customers, launching the Video and Travel offerings and leading Flipkart\'s foray into Gaming. He led the team to enviable benchmarks like a 100M+ app downloads and a 4.5+ rating on Play Store and winning the Google Play Award in 2018.

Arindam loves to build products. He has started a company in the past and has brought multiple products from idea to market in the other companies that he have worked in. He has led, worked with and managed teams and enjoys the process of building a team as much as he enjoys the product development process.

He is a Harvard MBA and IIT Kharagpur undergrad. He was also a Startup Leadership Program Fellow, Boston Chapter.
