Charlie has been a pioneer of Executive Coaching and Corporate Culture Transformation in Asia for over 20 years. While pursuing his passion in this field, Charlie has developed a leading coaching organization with offices in 7 major Asian cities. Charlie is a prolific thought leader and author in the areas of Leadership and Coaching, having written over 250 articles and the two books, "The Groupness Factor” and "The Coach Factor". He currently authors his 3rd book, tentatively named "The Mental Mastery Factor". Charlie focuses on working exclusively with top-level executives. He has successfully coached C-Level executives and teams from organizations such as adidas, BASF, Bayer, Chanel, Four Seasons, General Electric, Henkel, IBM, L'Oreal, Mahindra, Natixis and Pfizer.
Prior to becoming a coach, Charlie’s corporate career included successful senior positions responsible for APC. Charlie has lived in 4 countries on two continents and travelled to over 60 countries on 5 continents.
