I have solved problems in the Bosch Group for 26 years, evolving from a Technical Graduate Trainee to a Vice President, during my roles in India, Brazil, and Germany. I also solved problems for 1 year in Total Environment Building Systems, from the totally different construction sector, as a President (Operations). I have been solving problems for the last 7 years in companies of different sizes from diverse sectors, as the Founder and Managing Partner of Samuthána Consultancoaching LLP.
