Dr. Bhawani Singh Rathore is a Renewable Energy Project Manager, Consultant, Trainer, and Coach with 23+ years of expertise in solar, wind, BESS, green hydrogen, EVs, and decarbonization technologies. He has led projects surpassing 5 GW in wind, 500 MW in solar, and 50 MWe in CSP.  

An IPMA-certified Senior Project Manager and National Awardee (Indian Wind Energy Forum), he founded India’s first Renewable Energy WhatsApp Community. Currently at JSW Energy, he manages 1050 MW hybrid wind-solar projects, with past roles at Siemens Gamesa, Inox Wind, and Adani Green Energy.  

Dr. Rathore delivers corporate training for NTPC, KP Energy, and Tata Communications and consults for major firms like NTPC, Adani, and Greenko. His expertise includes power evacuation, grid integration, and energy policy analysis. He holds a BE in Electrical Engineering, an MBA, and an Honorary Doctorate in Renewable Energy.
