Dr. Sudha Srikanth has a Doctorate in Human Development from SNDT University, working closely in area of Enhancing Emotional Intelligence in Children, Teachers, Parents, Youth and Professionals. She has received her Certification in Emotional Intelligence (EQC and EQE) through Six Seconds, India. She is a member of the Institute of Coaching, Harvard Medical School, Boston, US.
Sudha is Director Programmes, Innovations and Promotion, Equipoise Learning. She is a Master Trainer and Chief facilitator as well and has been a part of the team since inception. Her passion and commitment to the area of EI provided her a chance to co-present a paper at Nexus EQ Conference, Harvard University, Boston, US in June 2013.She is the Board of Studies Member, SVT College of Home Science, SNDT Women?s University, Mumbai
She has been involved in providing guidance in the field of Early Childhood Education for over two decades. She has been Director, Little Aryans Preschools and Director of Studies, AryaGlobal Research and Training Institute from December 2014 to June 2018. She has been the Pre-primary Head at Lok Puram Public School for 4 years and the Academic Counsellor of the Diploma in Early Childhood Education programme with IGNOU for 13 years. She has co- founded Little Steps Nursery and day care centre at Thane which has been running for 18 years.

Delivered the Keynote address on ?Impact of Emotional Intelligence Awareness and Development in Parents? at the conference titled ?Progressive Academic Excellence-India? by Evolve Excellence.
