Strategic Thinking is the capacity for seeing wider and further, detecting and acting on weak signals, drawing insights from data, developing effective strategies, formulating strategic plans, implementing strategic initiatives, leading change, and fostering innovation.

Effective Communication skills help you get your message across, sell your ideas, influence others, handle conflict effectively, develop and sustain your thought leadership.

I work individually with senior executives, high potentials, co-founders, and business owners as an executive coach and mentor. I also facilitate workshops in the areas of Strategic Thinking, Powerful Communication, Influence & Persuasion, Inspirational Leadership, Stakeholder Management, Delivery Through Others, and Talent Development
