An MBA Graduate from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research and an LSR Graduate in B.Com Hons. Nidhi has a certificate in Entrepreneurship from ISB Hyderabad & Harvard. She comes with an entrepreneurial experience of 19 years and two years of work experience with McKinsey & Co. Nidhi quit her job in 2002 to follow her passion for dance fitness and incorporated BollyBeatz in the USA and sold it in 2005. She re-established BollyBeatz in Asia which currently runs dance fitness, wellness, and team-building corporate and experiential workshops in Singapore, Bangladesh, France, Indonesia, Thailand, USA, and India. BollyBeatz runs various team-building workshops for Corporate, Ministries, Educational Institutions to incorporate health and wellness and increase the happiness quotient. Nidhi received the distinguished Women's Economic Forum Award of "Iconic women creating a better world for All" for her contribution in the field of "Corporate wellness and well being : Transforming Leadership". 

She in parallel started an e-commerce Baby & Kids Brand "NeedyBee". She has sold two companies and is now on her third venture named SelfAchievers. Self Achievers is a social enterprise aimed to empower individuals, entrepreneurs, professionals and businesses with their personal & professional branding solutions so they can leverage it for business networking, business development and new partnerships and collaborations. She is also a growth strategy and marketing consultant for women-led startups and speaker on Entrepreneurship and speaks and guides on "Converting a passion into a viable business".

Currently, she is engaged as a Business consultant with UNWomen, Atal Incubation Center, and Startup Oasis. In her free time, Nidhi undertakes speaking assignments to motivate others to guide their careers through their passion and interests to be truly happy. Whether in a corporate or an entrepreneur - the only way to be truly successful and happy is by loving what you are doing. She shares her own personal journey of transitioning from corporate to entrepreneurship to live her passion.

She wants to inspire other women and girls to embrace entrepreneurship as a tool towards professional fulfillment and to meander through various aspects and crossroads in our lives seamlessly!

She is a TedX Speaker, published author, loves Cooking (her book Soulful Dining), Yoga, Spirituality. She is a Mentor and evangelist for Refugee Entrepreneurship and is a certified Transformational leadership coach.
