At my last firm, I helped IGH grow from a team size of 200+ consultants to over 900 in 4 years with the lowest attrition rate in the Industry including nil at senior levels.

Managing Large and Profitable P&L for over a decade. Managed a P&L of close to INR 400 cr. Helped create one of the most profitable practices at a large consulting firm as per the key metric of contribution margin per partner.

Appreciation of culture to deliver results across industries and countries. Have led engagements across sectors (Infrastructure, Transport, Healthcare, Human and Social Services, etc.) and across geographies India, Middle East, Africa, Europe, and the Far East.

Extensive public speaking and media recognition. Have regularly been invited to speak and writes on issues relating to economic development, policy reform, governance, and investment promotion and is part of multiple Indian and Global Chambers of Industry. He has been a regular at Davos for the last 4 years.
