Rajyeshwari Ghosh is the Founder at Quantum Holistic Advisory Services. It is a Quantum-paradigm based, multi-disciplinary, purpose-driven and for-profit management consulting and leadership development practice. She is a Certified Blockchain practitioner and is a member of Blockchain Chamber of Commerce.

A former Wall Street professional with experience in strategic, tactical and operational levels, she worked with organizations and clients in USA, India, Bangladesh and Singapore. She has worked across industries in Manufacturing, Financial Services, Consumers and Oil & Gas.

In her role as the Associate Director, Management Consulting in KPMG India, she was responsible for competitive market strategy analysis, strategic alliances, go-to-market strategy, FOPM practice setup, client relationship, account management, engagement delivery and talent leadership. In her prior role, as the Principal and Senior Consultant in PwC India, she was responsible for business solution, consultative selling, delivery excellence, engagement management and talent leadership. Before returning to India, she worked as the Regulatory Business Analyst for Market Surveillance and Member Firm Regulatory technology implementation engagements as part of Hybrid Market initiative of NYSE-Euronext in New York. She was also part of the Technology Integration team during the merger between NASD and NYSE Regulatory division. Prior to that, she worked in Citigroup in O’Fallon, Missouri in first mortgage closing and second mortgage loan validation.

She lives a holistic, organic, green, meditative life. She is mindful of people and planet. Her work, relationships have a unique flavor – a combination of trust, transparency, quality, purpose, and passion. She believes dignity, integrity, and credibility are foundations for a meaningful life.

Rajyeshwari is known for her new ideas and fresh thinking. One of her ideas got recognized as one of the top 10 innovative ideas in Consulting India Innovation Challenge in PwC India. She is the Recipient of Above and Beyond, PwC Experience, Spot Awards. She was a Speaker at IIT Kharagpur, IIT Madras, Calcutta University, Nepal's Kantipur Conclave, US-India Educational Foundation (USIEF), and SAP INDUS. She has written for The Kathmandu Post, the Thrive Global, the Cafe Dissensus Everday. She was awarded the prestigious Dean’s Scholar and was nominated twice in the National Dean’s List (US).

Rajyeshwari earned an M.B.A.in Finance from Webster University, U.S.A. She also graduated cum laude from Brewton Parker College, U.S.A. with a BS in Business Administration with a Major in Management and Minor in Philosophy. She continued her advanced management studies from New York University and earned a certificate in Consultative Selling for Breakthrough Results from Dale Carnegie Institute in Mumbai, India.

She met people from 125+ countries around the world and champions and values diversity.

Besides work, she actively pursues her interests in heritage preservation, travel, trekking, music, nature, food and reading. She also spends quality time with family, friends and doing social work.
