Ramesh has an exceptional amount of experience, as prior to his leadership stint, he worked in technology roles for over 18 years at companies like HP, Sun Microsystems, and Netscape. This perfect amalgamation of leadership and technology allows Ramesh to use his expertise and experience to empower teams as a coach. As an accomplished coach, he works with leadership teams on their transformative journeys, especially to Agile.
