She has been a coach to C-suite executives and leaders from IT, finance, academic faculty, manufacturing, and entrepreneurs amongst others Her area of expertise is in career transformations, growth, behavior, interpersonal relationships, strategy and business acumen, building competencies. Her passion is in working with women leaders. She comes with over 30 years of experience in Human Capital Management and Strategy across diverse, multicultural organizations including IT, Engineering Designing Services, and Deloitte. She has held global head position and a member of executive committee responsible for USA, Europe, and APAC. She comes with a sound understanding of businesses, strategies, and execution.
