Restu Widiati, a seasoned executive coach and mentor, leverages her 20+ years of experience, including a significant tenure as HR Director at L’Oréal Indonesia, to guide leaders in achieving their full potential. Specializing in assisting leaders transitioning into new roles and expatriates adjusting to local cultures, she has resigned from the corporate world and dedicated herself to executive coaching since mid-2021.
