Mr. Mahmud has around 15 Years of experience in the field of HR. He is expert in understanding the big picture, reporting, presentation, and execution. His experience is covered by working in both corporate & Factory level. Working experience with multicultural people gave him a firm foundation to see the big picture and understand the mechanism of teamwork. Mostly he worked for startup companies or functions.

Mr. Mahmud is currently working with AAA Future-Edge as CEO & Lead Consultant. His focus area is HR and OD. Prior to this, he was working as Head of HR, Zuellig Pharma Bangladesh Ltd. Zuellig Pharma is the preferred market partners of pharmaceuticals and health-care manufacturers in Bangladesh. Currently, it is distributing 40% of the multinational and 5% of the total Bangladeshi pharmaceuticals market volume. 

Prior joining to Zuellig Pharma Mr. Mahmud worked as Manager, HR at Field Nation (a fortune 500 company), Manager, HR & Admin at JITA Social Business Bangladesh Ltd. (a social business venture by Danone. communities, France and CARE, USA),  HR Administrator at pro-edge associates (leading management & HR consulting firm in Bangladesh) and BURO Bangladesh (A leading National NGO).

He conducted many programs like; Fixup Vision, Mission & Values, Balance Scorecard and KPI formation, Compensation Survey, PMS & ASR, Leadership, Team building, Budget, MTO programs, organization architect, succession planning etc.   

He has completed his MBA and BBA from East-West University major in HRM and Finance respectively with good results. He has also completed PGDHRM course.
