She is an ex-Radio Jockey with more than 3000 Live Radio Shows to her credit ; she is also a multi-lingual voice-actor  and theatre-artiste. She is also a successful You-Tube Trainer with millions of views on her training videos.

Creatiwitty.inc was born in 2014 and focusses on offering training in value-creating communication-skills to children and young adults through fun and innovative modules based on performing arts.Creatiwitty.inc has successfully trained more than 5000 students since inception and continues to do so to raise a generation of value-creating communicators in partnership with top educational brands.

Rima\'s second venture is Heartfelt Communication through which 
she coaches women in business to scale their income by using her signature Confident Communication Strategy. Heartfelt Communication also has a parallel stream of pro-bono coaching designed to empower business women with financial constraints .
 

Besides being extremely passionate about her work , Rima enjoy's writing and performing monologues based on the principles of inclusion ,authenticity and thought transformation. She is an advocate for mental health awareness and creating an inclusive society for those mental health issues .
