Rohit is a IIT-Bombay grad and Founding Member of Qure.ai. Rohit is currently responsible for business development and strategy within Qure for particular geographies. He is also currently a Google Developer Expert for Machine Learning - responsible for fostering ML communities globally. He has previously worked as an AI Scientist and was deeply involved in building R&D products in computer vision area. He has 15+ publications in multiple journals like JAHA, ACR, Clinical Cardiology and conference proceedings including the most coveted on The Lancet on application of AI for non-contrast head CT scans.

Apart from Qure, Rohit has been widely involved in mentoring and teaching data science students. Rohit has worked in collaboration with GreyAtom to record 100+ lectures on ML & AI on YouTube to be accessed freely by everyone. He is also a Mentor Of Change for Atal Innovation Mission,an initiative launched by NITI Aayog for mentoring school students. Rohit has been author for couple of books involving machine learning and AI. He has also been speaker ar multiple conferences globally.

Before Qure, he has worked as Data Scientist for ListUp, a P2P buy-sell platform and as freelance data scientist for Data Science Labs, an NY based EdTech MOOC provider startup for teaching data science courses. Rohit had also earlier worked for a Japanese investment bank Nomura.
