The expert is the founder of Only Parenting. After graduation from Mumbai University, she went on to complete her Early Child Care and Education degree from Oxford University UK and ORT India, followed by Leaders Certification in Parenting, Active Parenting USA, Diploma in Counselling Children and Adolescents UK, as well as Diploma in Child Psychology, UK She has been in the field of Parenting, Training and Counseling since 2001.

She has conducted more than 5000 seminars and workshops in Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Kolkatta and Surat for numerous schools, companies and private organisations including Dhirubhai Ambani International School, Eurokids, Adani Group, Johnson & Johnson, Serra International, Crosswords, and many more. She has also been a part of freelance projects and on expert panels in the field of child development and parenting for various companies like Fisher Price, Hindustan Lever, NeoSap India, All Out India, etc. She has also written many articles on parenting for the magazine Parent and Child and for the websites rediff.com, theswaddle.com, and lovingyourchild.com.

She is currently working on writing and publishing parenting books, as well as books for children. She is also working on a program for kids to help them strengthen their emotional intelligence and develop a growth mindset and also a program for teachers to guide them towards the same.

She has been recognized and interviewed by various newspapers including Times of India, Hindustan times, DNA, Afternoon Despatch and Courier and The Week magazine among others and has recently won an award for the "Best Parenting Coach, 2019."

Her vision is to enhance and foster as many parent-child relationships and teacher-student relationships as she can. Being a parent herself, she believes 'Parenting is the most important job that we will ever do' and "Teachers have a huge impact on the student's life". Her focus is on building strong bonds between the parent and child, as well as teachers and students through empowering them with encouragement techniques, positive discipline methods and effective communication skills. She wants to guide the parents and teachers so that they can help children bring out their full potential and become self-confident and courageous individuals who will create value for themselves and for humanity as a whole.
