Provide information related to the digital marketing strategies and money lending capabilities in sri lanka.Provide Develop, document and implement internal control, policies and procedures for the administration to maximize good governess and to ensure smooth and efficient workflow in the company. Develop KPIs for the operations team aligned with company\'s goals and objectives and monitor and motivate team to achieve KPIs. Provide operational support and promoting system enhancement projects to improve operational workflow. Liaise with head office in Singapore to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic plans to launch the digital money lending project in Sri Lanka. Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress. Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures per organizational objectives and apply improvements. Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation. Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability. Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation. Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors. Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics. Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations.
