I was really stressed due to covid and was becoming restless and anxious. I booked in a consultation with lucid mind and since then have had a couple of sessions with Ms. Sargun and let me tell you it has been such a relief. She is such a patient listener and didn't judge me at all. I felt I could be myself and not worry about my age or being a male. I feel so much better now. She helped me see some practical sides of life and they resonated with me so well.

I interned at LUCID MIND under Ms. Sargun Bedi as a Graphics & Social Media intern. I enjoyed working here. This was my first internship, Ms. Sargun was so frank & polite towards me, her caring & supportive behavior motivated me to do my best for this internship. Many of my graphic designing skills got enhanced alongside my knowledge in mental health field also increased. Overall it was an amazing experience working under Ms. Sargun. Summer of 2021: Testimonial I'll never forget how four months of learning how to help people changed my life. Working at Lucid Mind has transformed the way I see challenges that individuals experience in their everyday lives, and the lessons I've learned from my supervisor have always benefited both my client and myself. My internship here was much more than just professional training; it was a great learning experience for me in terms of academics as well as other aspects of life, and it helped me widen my horizons. In my internship as a social media manager for Lucid Mind Counseling, I had the most rewarding and motivational experience of my life. I enjoyed and learned a lot from my mentor Sargun Bedi, who led my development as a social media manager/content creator both directly and indirectly.
