He is a seasoned HR practitioner and Organizational Behavior specialist, studying and teaching human behavior within workplace contexts. He is considered an expert in leadership, cultivating optimism, hope & resiliency, employee motivation, and helping employees cope with organisational change. He has helped many senior leadership teams with team effectiveness interventions.
