Srikant Sastri is an almost-failed serial entrepreneur who eventually succeeded by keeping his faith, by being persistent, and constantly innovating through trial & error. He has now made it his life mission to motivate people (young & old, men & women) to become entrepreneurs and create jobs. Or to be equally innovative and intrapreneurial within large corporations.

After graduating from IIT Kanpur & IIM Calcutta, he chucked high-paying MNC jobs to become the first-ever person in his family, across generations, to be in business rather than pursue a job. At one point, he was down to his last ten rupees in his wallet, before he built & sold two large businesses in India & SE Asia (6 countries, 18000 employees).

Right now, he wears many hats! He is the co-founder of a Singapore-based AI product company. He advises several companies that deploy new-age technologies like digital, AI, IoT. He helps companies, startups & universities deploy innovative new business models for engaging millennial customers. But most of all, he works with incubators and government to promote entrepreneurship across the length & breadth of the country. He meets interesting entrepreneurs (& aspiring ones) from Ladakh to Chennai, from Mizoram to Ahmedabad &Pune, from Kanpur to Patna & Kolkata.
