A visiting professor at Lausanne hospitality school, speaking frequently at industry events on the topic of F&B strategy and how to use methodologies & tools to create the right F&B mix.
Recently had 5 enjoyable years with Marriott/Starwood as F&B regional VP, creating fabulous concepts for them across Europe, ME and Africa and a similar role with IHG based in Bangkok driving growth across SE Asia, ME and Africa. Between 2003 and 2013, set up TRIBE: one of the most successful F&B strategy houses in the Middle East responsible for the development of over 150 restaurant and bar concepts across the region.
