Vandana is the Head, Accelerator Operations at GROW - Southeast Asia's first dedicated agrifoodtech accelerator with an impact focus. She works with startups, corporates, researchers, and investors to accelerate the development of cutting edge agrifood technologies, products, and business models. 

She speaks from her experience and knowledge as a successful banker-turned-entrepreneur and thrives on guiding and mentoring startup founders to implement innovative, practical and outcome-driven strategies. Her work at GROW also involves building capabilities to support growth in the Singapore and ASEAN agri food ecosystem.

Vandana is a qualified CFA, has studied Agriculture Technolgy, and has completed a Strategy Program at INSEAD.
