Proven skills in delivering end-to-end EPC projects service including engineering, construction, erection, testing & commissioning, contracts finalization, procurement, safety, operations & maintenance. Yogen has gained international exposure by working at various locations like Japan, Uited States & Middle East and has steered the implementation of SAP, Reverse Auctions and other IT technologies to ensure efficiency in process operations. Yogen has the expertise in managing projects with cross-functional skills in executing multi-disciplinary activities as well as ensuring on-time deliverables in coordination with internal & external stakeholders and has ensured successful completion of large capital projects like Turkmen, Gas Project, Clean Fuel Project, Lower Fars Heavy Oil Project, GC 32 Project with KOC, 3x 700 MW Tanjung Bin Power Project, 2 x 700 MW Jimah Power Project & so on with a large team from stage of project conceptualization to project closure.
