Professional Experience
Since 2013, Jyoti is based in Singapore and helping companies across Asia Pacific. Previously, she was coach on board with reputed Fortune 500 global companies such as Aviva in India.

She started her coaching journey with the Leadership & Management School, U.S Department of State in 2004, where she was the head of the visa fraud investigation department with the American Embassy, Delhi.

15 years of exceptional leadership and coaching experience at the embassy helped her build invaluable expertise in understanding and managing human behaviour under high pressure circumstances, taking charge in volatile situations and finding nimble and effective soltions to achieve desired results.

Realizing the power of effective coaching, her interest in human behavoir, ability to connect with
people and desire to bring positive chance in people’s lives, she decided to pursue life coaching as a full-time profession in 2009.

She received her coaching training and certification from international coach federation accredited from Coach U university, Australian in 2009 and was accredited as ACC from ICF in 2013.
