Kaye Hau is Managing Partner of Stratenium Consulting, an advisory firm focused on strategy, transformation, digital infrastructure and emerging technology across the Asia-Pacific region.

With nearly two decades of experience spanning telecommunications, digital infrastructure, media, managed services and technology ecosystems, Kaye advises operators, infrastructure providers, investors and technology companies on growth strategy, operating-model design, corporate development, market entry, ecosystem partnerships and organisational transformation.

Prior to founding Stratenium Consulting, Kaye held senior leadership roles at SPTel, PCCW Media (Viu), StarHub, Singtel and IBM. Her experience includes commercialising digital services, developing telecommunications partnerships, supporting strategic investments and M&A, engaging regulators and redesigning operating models across regional markets.

Kaye also works with technology companies, investors and emerging businesses on digital transformation readiness, AI governance, market validation, commercialisation and growth strategies across Southeast Asia. She holds an MBA from Singapore Management University and a business degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
