She successfully launched Glossybox’s beauty subscription service in Japan, achieving profitability within the first year, and later spearheaded Houzz’s expansion in Asia as Managing Director of Japan and Asia. Today, Aiko empowers emerging businesses and leaders by advising startups on go-to-market strategies, operational scaling, and leadership development. As a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), she provides executive and personal coaching in both Japanese and English.
