I have been working with Casey for about a year now. I cannot stress how pivotal their support and coaching were as I navigated a very difficult job transition. Throughout our working sessions, Casey was supportive, honest and willing to have hard conversations. As a queer woman in Technology Leadership, it can be hard to find empathetic and relatable emotional support. Casey provided a safe LGBTQ+ space for me to work though some very big challenges at my job. When I first started working with Casey, my employer was paying for the sessions, but they are so amazing I continued working with them via Beyond Thinking on my own dime (and for the record the cost-benefit is invaluable).
