Dr. Gian Power OBE is the Founder and CEO of TLC Lions, a global leadership development firm dedicated to making workplaces more human. His work has supported over 300 of the world’s largest organisations, including Amazon, Google, and Visa, and now reaches more than 15 million passengers through TLC Lions content onboard Emirates and Virgin Atlantic. After beginning his career at Deutsche Bank and PwC, a personal family tragedy reshaped Gian’s purpose and inspired his mission to build more connected, compassionate workplace cultures. In 2025, he was awarded an OBE for services to Mental Health, recognising his impact on leadership and wellbeing. Gian speaks globally on human leadership, storytelling, and resilience, helping organisations build trust and high-performance cultures. He is an Ambassador for Missing People and co-author of Survive and Thrive with Reebok founder Joe Foster.
