Dr. Helmi Hamdi is a distinguished Senior Economist at the Central Bank of Bahrain and a Senior Research Fellow at CERGAM EA 4225, Aix-Marseille University. Additionally, he serves as an Adjunct Professor of Economics in the LSE International Programs. With a rich background, Dr. Hamdi has held significant roles, including Director of Projects for the OECD-MENA Centre for Investment, Consultant for UNDP, and Country Risk Expert at EuroMoney Country Risk in London.

He holds a PhD in Applied Economics and a Habilitation to Supervise Research (HDR) from Aix-Marseille University.
