Dr. Nasser H. Saidi is the head of Nasser Saidi & Associates, a consulting firm providing economic advisory services to governments, central banks, regulators, and businesses across the MENA region and beyond. With expertise in macroeconomics, monetary policy, corporate governance, and capital markets, Dr. Saidi serves as a Non-Executive Director at the National Bank of Kuwait, Majid Al Futtaim Trust, Saif Al Ghurair Group, and Future Pipe Industries. He is a former Chief Economist of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and founded the Hawkamah Institute for Corporate Governance. A former Minister of Economy and Trade in Lebanon, Dr. Saidi also held key roles at the Central Bank of Lebanon. An academic by background, he has taught at prestigious institutions including the University of Chicago. Recognized as one of the 50 Most Influential Arabs, he continues to advise globally on economic and financial policy.
