A multi faceted person, with numerous successful dimensions to her life, Kavitha is a great connector, an articulate communicator, a passionate people enabler & enhancer and, an authority on the importance & relevance of networking. She has an MBA from Clemson University in the U.S., and the desire to return to her roots & make a difference here, made her take the decision to move back with family after living and working in the US for close to 12 years.

As she touches the magical age of 50, she believes even more than before that age is but a number and it is all about following your passion and living each moment to your maximum potential & this is what she does ... as a friend & guide to her sons, as an equal partner with her husband, as the fulcrum & force behind the success of the organisation that she works with – SOLUTIONZ.

As Head of Business Development at SOLUTIONZ – a unique organisation which helps in the Transformation of people and organisations, she has the privilege of interacting with people from new entrants to the CXO’s there by giving her a greater understanding of Human Behaviour. This has greatly contributed to her ability to Inspire, Influence and Impact.

As a woman who believes in this and wants to give of herself to the less privileged in society, she has helped countless women/girls to live with more dignity by the work she did as the founder member of the NGO – World of Women.

Kavitha truly believes that variety is the spice of life ... be it creating a beautiful portfolio which has helped launch her modelling career,(yes, 49/50 is not too old to do that!!) or taking part in Mrs.Karnataka, or giving talks and being a panellist on various forums  to help women leaders break the glass ceilings and establish their identities and for people to understand the relevance of networking.

All this and more makes Kavitha a Woman of Substance and a Role Model. She is a woman many people look up to and reach out to & she inspires people across a cross section of society to BE MORE and DO MORE.

She deeply believes that she is here for a bigger purpose and abides by the saying that "I have miles to go before I sleep".
