She is a registered NLP-K practitioner. She is also an internationally Certified Trainer from Peak Potentials, a Canada-based company that is the largest personal development company in the world. She is one of the few practitioners of Metaphors of Movement, an exploratory tool to help clients get hidden/unclear aspects of their issue. 

She is also an Associate in Schaefer Ruia Associates, a Change Management Consulting firm 

Her stint in advertising spans over 20 years, working with agencies like Clarion, Enterprise Nexus and Overture and creating communication strategy for clients like Lakme, SaurashtraCement, TOMCO, Aptech Computer Education, P&G, Dominos, Argyle Diamonds?among others. This experience is combined with various entrepreneurial activities that she has been involved with, ranging from manufacturing to retailing. 

She has been associated with companies like Hero MotoCorp, Honda Motors, Airtel, Ad Factors, Great Sports Infra , Arcesium ? to name a few, for their corporate trainings for personal excellence.

She has also been the keynote speaker for women?s wing of organisations like Emerg, Aga Khan Foundation, & Herbalife.

She was the visiting faculty at Xavier\'s Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai, Rama Naidu film School,Hyderabad  

She is also a keen traveller on the spiritual path and believes in integrating spirituality in to day-to-day living. In addition to Coaching, she is also trained in a number of healing modalities: EFT, Access Bars, Angel tarot, Bach Flower Remedies, Kundalini Reiki, Sound Healing, Goddess Ascension Codes, Womb Trauma Clearing, Ancestral Healing,  which are used on a need-basis for therapies, if any.
