Subhrajit, an Indian citizen, brings 18+ years of industrial experience in developing & delivering energy-related technology solutions. He is an Aerospace Engineer from the Indian Institute of Science with specialization in unsteady aerodynamics & expertise in systems engineering. Subhrajit had 14 years of experience with GE prior to joining Shell in 2015 and across both the companies, has held several roles spanning Technology, People Leadership and Program Management. He has authored 17+ patents, 60+ publications (incl. classified) and delivered multiple invited talks and keynote lectures. Subhrajit is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, APM-PMQ, CI/ Lean Coach & Global Facilitator for Diversity & Inclusion. He is also active in several technical communities, viz. WWF India Climate Solvers Investor Advisory Group, ASME Gas Turbine India etc.
