Akanksha Sharma is noted amongst 100 Most Impactful CSR Leaders Globally by World CSR Congress, Asia's Top Sustainability Superwomen List of Honour by CSR Works International's Young CSR Leaders by India CSR and is also conferred with the Sustainability Leadership Award by World Sustainability Forum. She is also a 'Global Shaper of the World Economic Forum' and a TEDx Speaker. She has developed valuable alliances for development ranging across public, private, NGOs and civil societies helping the organizations leverage the policy context governing the contribution of the private sector to development through CSR, Social Entrepreneurship, Impact Investing and Strategic Philanthropy. Her role with the corporates is to advise Board's Leadership on Responsible Business, Sustainability and CSR along with developing organisational capabilities and engagements for growth. She has successfully led several initiatives on SDGs in various geographies of Asia with large fund base. After completing her Master's in Business Administration, she has done her specialization on CSR from Harvard Business School. She is recognized as a Peace Ambassador of an international organization- Postcards for Peace and write for Forbes, Times of India, ET, Dawn (Pakistan), Huffington Post and others.
