Been a part of Society for Rehabilitation of the Visually Challenged SRVC ( www.visuallychallenged.com) a registered charitable organisation since 2002, providing rehabilitation services to the visually challenged in new age employment fields - desk based computer jobs, telemarketing offices, call centre, back-office trainees. Started a blind Orchestra comprising of visually challenged musicians in 2004, and played at more than 300 shows in India and overseas. Also support reflexology as a profession and work with visually challenged reflexologists helping get them employed at hotels, centre?s etc. Also help coach and mentor the SRVC Kerala team, which was the First Blind Football team to present South India and ended as Runners up at the 8th & 9th IBSA National Blind Football Tournament held at New Delhi in May ?13 and in Jan?15

Manage an exclusive 20 seater tele-calling centre for the visually challenged as a part of Envision Trust in partnership with Chavara Cultural Centre working with vendors like Vodafone, Asianet etc

Started a social Enterprise startup  Sightica Solutions\' setup in 2014 working on technology solutions & sensors working to develop unique, accessible, easy-to-use multilingual Android Apps ( Kuluk, Mapseeker, Netradaan, Itemseeker etc) which is beneficial for the blind and elderly users,  developed by a blind developer.

Started India?s first Blind Football Team in 2013 ( 5-a-side game played on a hard surface with side kick boards with ball having bells inside) and the Coach the National team, ranked 30th in the world & 5th in Asia.  Helped start the Indian Blind Football Federation and setup India?s first Blind Football Academy at Kochi training a select group of talented blind footballers since Sept?17 full time with stay & nutrition, gym etc and also offering vocational skills training and employment opportunities.
