Adrian is a Fractional CMO for HR businesses. He helps HR-related businesses grow their online presence and generate leads through digital marketing strategies. He has been in the HR industry for over 20 years, running businesses ranging from recruitment to career coaching to outplacement and consultancy. Adrian also worked for companies in Outplacement, HR Tech and HR certification.

Adrian is also a content creator and a media personality. He co-host Work It, a work-related podcast by Channel NewsAsia, where he does many commentaries. Adrian created an online course on building a vast LinkedIn network.
