The expert is a senior management professional at VDOHire, an AI enabled video-interview based hiring platform that makes hiring easier, faster, cheaper for recruiters. After over two decades working for MNCs like Standard Chartered Bank, IBM and HCL, in the banking and BPO/ BPM industries, he moved towards entrepreneurship as a career choice. He is also the Managing Director of Workready Knowledge Solutions, which provides productised E-learning solutions. He has over 30 years of corporate experience and has led roles in Sales and Relationship Management, Service Delivery, Product Development and Process Re-engineering.
