Her purpose is to help people live life to the fullest while they truly appreciate and utilize all that they have been blessed with. She helps people gain clarity on what success means to them and then channelize their potential to achieve success. Her motto is to empower people with practical knowledge and to help them contribute to the betterment of themselves, their families and in turn the world.

Coming from a humble middle-class background, she has committed umpteen number of mistakes, or rather blunders in life, since childhood. However, upon looking back today, she thanks each of those mistakes for teaching her life lessons and for helping her in shaping who she is today.

While she has lived decades of her life committing mistakes, she now aims to educate people by sharing best life lessons for the rest of her life.

She has a flair for writing, thanks to her father for passing on the genes, she connects with people more with the help of her videos, workshops, live sessions and one to one coaching. It not only gives her a platform to express and articulate herself better, but also helps her interact with viewers and attendees.

My professional background:

She is a corporate veteran with over 18 years of corporate experience. She has climbed the ladder the hard way and every day has been a learning experience. Working with professionals across the globe, handling operational teams and mentoring colleagues has given her a wide perspective on what it takes for an employee to make his / her mark in the corporate sector.

She found that many freshers not only struggle to get into the corporates but also find it difficult to understand and deliver as per the corporate standards, specially in the initial years. She has also found that people, over the years, get institutionalized and are unable to upskill themselves for higher roles inside the company or in the outside job market.

She conducts workshops for freshers who are corporate aspirants to train them on how they can shape a corporate career of their dreams. She also trains mid-level managers on how to accelerate their growth and overcome the midlife crisis.

Her endeavor with women:

She is the Founder Member and Director of a Ladies Credit Cooperative, empowering women entrepreneurs for 25 years. With a team of like minded Directors, they have helped many women set up their own businesses and achieve financial independence. They train them on soft skills required for their business. They inspire them with our message “No idea is small and it is never too late to start afresh”

They have conducted many philanthropic activities and have learnt that ‘Giving is the best way of Receiving!’

Her passion:

Connecting with people of all age groups instantly with her story telling capabilities and activities has been her USP. Knowledge sharing and spreading genuine love is the underlying message in all her workshops and trainings.

She has been able to touch many lives utilizing social media and her audience resonate with her because she tries to relate complex concepts to simple examples from our everyday lives.

She thanks the universe for bestowing upon me the capabilities to conduct her seminars and workshops in both Kannada, which is her mother tongue and English.
