Mike specializes in influential communications, and elevating career and business performance through human engagement. Mike is effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin, and is certified by the American Board of Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) and International Coach Federation (ICF), two of the most powerful organisations specializing in bringing out the best in people.
