He specializes in system design, product management, data analytics, product design and risk monitoring. Prior to Paytm, he was at Novopay, building wide range of B2B and B2B2C products. He built a complete product roadmap to kill the Aadhaar Enabled Payment System (AEPS) frauds and brought down the chargebacks from INR 38.8 million to zero, built efficient anti-fraudulent modules for remittances, cash management systems and virtual accounts transfers and also led the offline payment integration of OTT platform powered by Microsoft. At Novopay, Nishant has implemented ONDC Buyer App. At PhonePe, Nishant built a detail blueprint along with implementable use cases for a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) w.r.t 'Devotional Category' in PhonePe 'Stores' platform.
