Mr Piyush Dhawan is working with the United Nations as a Resource Mobilization and Partnership Lead to assist the State Government of Haryana to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals. Last year, Piyush was selected for the prestigious German Chancellor Fellowship by the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation in Germany where he worked on the topic of Future of Cities. He was also a visiting fellow at the Circular Economy Centre at the University of Cambridge. Piyush has represented India at many prominent youth forums and conferences in Austria, France, Germany, Mongolia, and Thailand. He recently launched his guidebook on CE for Future Cities. As part of the fellowship, he was also selected as a volunteer researcher at the Judge Business School, University of Cambridge. He is also an experienced sustainability project manager with a background in Corporate Social Responsibility. Passionate about Cities and what the Cities of Future and what Future of Cities look like, Piyush was recently invited by Delhi University to deliver a TEDx talk on what it feels to be a Pollution Migrant and how we could change the course of the Cities in near future.
