Diya Jaiswal is a certified Life Coach, NLP Practitioner and Counsellor who lives and practices in Kolkata. 

She has done her schooling from Loreto House in Kolkata, and her higher secondary education from La Martiniere for Girls, Kolkata. She has also earned a BA in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College in Delhi.

An ex-foreign banker, a hotelier and an art curator, she believes foremost in the empowerment of the mind and to help others create a life they love.

To pursue this goal, she runs Empowerful– an online blog – to help each one “Be Their Best Self”. The blog response has been tremendous, and today Empowerful has an international following of over 200,000 followers on various social media platforms.

She conducts experiential and interactive workshops specially designed to guide the participants on how to improve the quality of life by managing stress through resilience and the practice of mindfulness. The modules and duration of each workshop are customized keeping the audience requirements in mind. Her recent clients include large corporates, hotels, schools, and NGOs. 

She is also available for individual life coaching and life transformation sessions through appointment, as well as Skype/WhatsApp calls for those outside Kolkata. She speaks on various platforms on social changes and the empowerment of women.
