As a CSR leader, he is focused on national and global issues such as environment and education under long terms CSR approach, and employment and employability as part of affirmative action program. He is skilled in strategy planning, resource mobilization, human resource development, general management and more. His last assignment before joining ReNew Power was with TATA Teleservices Limited as Lead CSR and Affirmative Action. He completed his graduation and post-graduation from Utkal University in Orissa after which he completed his PG diploma course in Rural Development from IGNOU, New Delhi. He also completed a certified course in social leadership from George Washington University, USA.
