Jix Sze is a senior management professional at Jix Sze & Partners LLP, which render services in terms of talks, training, learning and development consultancy for different sectors including the early childhood education sector. He is also co-founding partner of an insurance consulting agency. For eight years, he also helmed a firm that distributes and publishes children's educational products. Besides entrepreneurial experience, his training consultancy experience includes inspirational talks, human capital development, workplace learning, train-the-trainer programmes, learning advisory on development initiatives and career guidance. He was engaged with several institutions (government agencies and private), as principal consultant, adjunct adult educator, skills mentor, business advisor and training consultant. He holds a Master degree in Training and Development. He is the Author of the biography Chasing the Dragon Out: An inspiring story of a drug addict's altered destiny (publisher-Marshall Cavendish). It is the story of his life; how from a heroin addict with only a PSLE certificate, poor command in English and once an odd job labourer, he succeeded against the odds since 1978 and today is an entrepreneur, trainer and author.
