Leo Martin is a former German intelligence operative, keynote speaker and expert in human behaviour, trust-building and communication. During nearly a decade with German security authorities, including the Bavarian State Office for the Protection of the Constitution, he worked in covert information gathering and managed trusted sources in environments involving organised crime. This experience gave him a unique understanding of how people think, behave, build trust and make decisions.

Today, Leo brings these insights to the corporate world through highly interactive and engaging keynotes that combine psychology, live demonstrations and practical application. His sessions explore how to read people more effectively, understand behavioural patterns, build genuine trust and communicate in ways that influence without pressure. With more than 150,000 books sold and hundreds of corporate events delivered, Leo offers audiences an unusual and memorable perspective on the psychology behind human connection and influence.
