Nnaumrata is the Founding Director for�Zemyna Foundation�(Zemyna means Earth Goddess in Lithuanian) and the Founder of�Life Beyond Motherhood.�

She holds�over 20 years of work experience, which includes a corporate tenure of 14 years. During her corporate tenure, Nnaumrata has held key leadership positions in Talent Development in leading MNCs like Accenture, Sapient Corporation, GE and Vodafone. Nnaumrata has successfully led multi-cultural, diverse, geographically dispersed projects ranging from program design to delivery to projects for defining learning�strategy and architecture and has won accolades for her leadership, creativity and people growth.�

A certified professional coach from the International Coach Academy, Australia, she is the author of�The Possibility of Balance, a guide book for working mothers that aims to help women create and sustain a�balanced life.�

It was her tryst with coaching that helped Nnaumrata get the clarity and conviction to follow her heart and sow the seeds for what was born as�Life Beyond Motherhood.�Her signature workshop��My Life, By Design��has been delivered to over 1200�women in corporates�and offered through open public workshops across India. Her work has been instrumental in the success of �Aparajita�, the first business wide diversity initiative at Genpact, which has won awards (including the�Brandon Hall Gold Award) and a special mention at�various national and international conferences. She is the recipient of�a special citation at the�ATD�(Association for Training and Development). Nnaumrata has been involved in various projects relating to Diversity & Inclusion, including designing of the Breakthrough program for GCWL (Genpact Centre for Women�s�Leadership) at the�Ashoka University, Sonepat. She has been a panelist at various forums including International Coach Federation (Delhi NCR) and Avatar I-WIN (Bengaluru) and serves as an External Committee Member for the POSH committee of two organizations, based in Mumbai.�

Since 2018, she has chosen to direct a significant part of her time and efforts towards being of service to the planet. Her endeavor is to awaken the feminine spirit towards planetary transformation of consciousness. In her role as the India Lead for Women and Girls with the�Charter for Compassion, Nnaumrata has worked�with groups of women across India to spread the message of compassion to various communities, especially women and children and has been facilitating �Happiness Circles� for elderly and middle-aged women.�

Nnaumrata is a graduate of Change.Org�s �She Creates Change��1-year program for women, wherein she led campaigns to minimize the use of plastics and has been engaging with social media to enhance the impact of global communities leading this change.�

Nnaumrata has been speaking and presenting at various national and international forums, including at universities and at conferences such as the�Parliament of World Religions�at�Toronto�(Nov 2018), the�Climate Change and Consciousness Conference�at�Scotland�(April 2019) and the�Mind and Life�s Summer Research Institute�at�New York�(June 2019). In August 2019, she was invited to present her paper on�Happiness Circles at�IIM-Bengaluru�at their�Elevating Consciousness through Meditation conference.�

An intentional Buddhist, Nnaumrata has been trained by various Buddhist teachers and Climate Change experts and is passionate about the subject of human flourishing.�

An avid writer and reaearcher, Nnaumrata has published various blogs, articles, poetry, and newspaper columns (The Goan). She has been a guest writer for leading magazines like Parent Edge and�Life Positive�and apart� from having run her own Internet Radio Show �Me in�Motherhood�, she has been interviewed for�Earth Wisdom Circles, a newly launched internet radio show produced by Empower Radio.

Nnaumrata is on the board of a technology education startup and empaneled as a POSH committee member with NODD and Edifice Consulting.
